Some
of
the
specific
events
are:
NS
Lawmen
Concert
Enjoy
“Dinner
by
the
Tracks”
at
the
Kennesaw
depot
with
food
by
several
local
restaurants
and
a
live
concert
by
the
Norfolk
Southern
“Lawmen”
music
group.
The
CSX
main
line
is
directly
beside
the
museum,
so
train
watching
will
be
an
outstanding
feature
during
Kudzu
Rails. Over

will
be

Kudzu
registrants,

the

We
have
about
12,000
sq.
ft.
of
space,
featuring
over
200
tables
of
prototype
and
model
items
for
sale
and
including
each
society’s
company
store.
We're
going
to
have
one
heck
of
a
model
railroading
event
too,
with
modular
railroads
at
the
show
and
at
the
museum,
plus
over
200
models
on
display
at
the
museum. You
DO
NOT
need
to
register
for
Kudzu
Rails
to
attend
the
layout
and
model
displays,
but
they
are
open
to
the
public
with
admission
fee.

Opening
of
the
SRHA
Achieves
at
the
Southern
Museum
We
will
open
the
new
home
of
the
SRHA's
Archives
to
the
public. Public
Slide
Show
Everyone
is
welcome
to
attend
a
casual
slide
show
Friday
night
May
21st.The
location
will
be
the
freight
depot
at
Kennesaw.
We
will
start
at
7PM
and
continue
until
10PM.Anyone
who
would
like
to
show
slides
please
contact

We
will
have
portable
lights
set
up
trackside
near
the
museum
in
order
to
do
night
photography
and
video
of
passing
CSX
trains.
This
will
also
be
Friday
night,
starting
at
8:30PM
until
10PM.
Remember,
both
of
these
events
are
free
and
open
to
the
public.
You
do
not
have
to
be
registered
for
Kudzu
Rails
to
join
in
or
show
slides.

be
open
to
Kudzu
Rail
visitors

I-85
on
Sunday,
you
may
want
to
stop
in
and
check
out
the
museum! Tennessee
Valley
Railway
Museum:
TVRM
will
be
open
for
their
regularly
scheduled
weekend
excursions.
For
those
of
you
going
back
up
I-75,
this
may
be
an
interesting
pit
stop
at
Chattanooga!
